Panic! on the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band established out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is made from Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years buddy, Spencer Smiths (drums), which include their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To sell their music, the band made touch with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) because of his LiveJournal web site. Impressed by the band, Wentz in my opinion met with the band and signed them to his hanteo family imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band published their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which could debut at #112 at the Billboard 200 album charts.
To date, the bands 2005 debut album, A Fever you Cant Sweat Out has bought over 750,000 devices. The band is at the moment headlining a North American summer time journey with The Dresden Dolls and The Hush Sound, a band also signed to Decaydance.
